Cricut Cardz Challenge # 61

Hello and Happy Wednesday everyone!
Today is a fun Challenge over at
we are to make a Valentine's Day Card using
any Cartridges, and the colors blue, green,
and white ONLY! WOW! Talk about a challenge...
This one was another one of those I had to think
about since common colors for Valentine's Day
are red, Pink, white, even browns,blacks.... Sooo this
is what I came up with! :o)

This is a 4 3/4" Square Card...
Card Stock, Design Paper, Ink, Brads - Stampin' Up
Cartridges - Simply Charmed (Hearts) Cut @
1 3/4" and 2"
Disney Best of Pixar (Mike) Cut @ 3 1/4"
Face Stamp - Peachy Keen (Monster Face) 1"
Signo Gel Pen

The outside and inside sentiment I came with
on my own and used my Word program to
type and print.... I used the RGB codes for
the Color Not Quite Navy from Stampin Up...
Ribbon is from Papertrey Ink

I really like how this turned out for this particular challenge...
I also have a question for you... My 15 1/2 yr. old son wants
to give a young lady he likes a Valentine... I told him to
give her this card... He thought maybe it was to childish...
But since they are not dating or anything and he just wants
to let her know he likes her... don't you think this card would
be perfect for that? He asked me to put this question up
here and to see the response... You know "MOM" doesn't
really know anything.... Soooo we are asking your opinion...
Please let me know in the comment section....
I hope you all like my card and I can't wait
to see what you come up with for this Challenge...
and check out what the other Design Team members
have created and take the challenge yourself
and I'll make sure I stop by your blogs to say HI!
Have an AWESOME DAY!!!
Theresa

As for your son....hmmmm...I like the card but can see how a teen would think it was a little childish, maybe he can make his own card or you two can work on one together...

  9. Awesome!!! I love it!! If the young lady has a great sense of humor, she should just love this card. Now if she doesn't, he might should make her a different card. I think it would be great to give to any age group!! :)
