Sailboat....

Hello and Happy Monday Everyone!
I want to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day!
I know I've been missing a little bit... My Son's
graduation was wonderful and yes I did shed a
couple of tears when they played the song
Good Riddance (Time of your life) By Green Day....
They were showing pictures of the kids throughout
their High Schools years and I just started thinking
about his High School Years and it just sort of came out! :o)
I was OK after that... Once it was completely over we headed
to an area so I could take pictures of him and his friends... I can't
wait to scrapbook those pictures.... :o) His Diploma arrived on
Saturday with his grades... So now it's onto the next phase - COLLEGE!
And Enjoying Summer Vacation of course! :o)
Here's today's project for ya!

Card Stock, Ink, Stamp, Window Punches - Stampin' Up
Cartridge - Imagine More (Sailboat) Cut @ 5 1/2" (2x's)
(Strip) Cut @ 1.10" x 5 1/2"
(Background) Cut @ 4 x 5 1/4"
Lacey Labels (#4 Shape) Cut @ 3 1/4"
And the Shadow as well...

This was just to show the dimension of the Sailboat...
This would make a perfect Father's Day card too!
It was a quick and simple card to put together....
I'm going to put this in the Challenge over at:
Birthday Sundaes - Masculine Card

Thanks for stopping by.... Enjoy your day with Family & Friends...
Remember what Memorial Day is all about..... Honoring &
remembering what our Military Sacrifice for our Freedom!
God Bless AMERICA!!!

  1. Great card. I know you are relieved the emotional ceremony is over, but not forgotten. Can't wait to see your grad pages. Enjoy the rest of your day.

  2. Ooo, pretty paper! Most of my paper is much "louder" and brighter. Those colors make me happy, but in a card like yours, it really wouldn't work. I should get some patterned paper that a little bit softer. Maybe I should head to M's now ...

  3. So glad everything went well for the graduation! It is an emotional but happy time. The end of a chapter and the beginning of the next one. I love your sailboat! The colors are awesome!! :)
