Hello and Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope you're
all having a wonderful Valentine's Day already!
It's only Tuesday and I feel like the week is flying
by so fast! I'm running a 100 miles an hour right now
cuz I got a lot of things to get done this week! :o)
I know I don't normally post on a Tuesday BUT....
I had to show you guys something I made for my boys
for Valentine's Day! It's a 3D project and I just LOVE
how they turned out! So here ya go! :o)
I made the 3D Mailbox and a 3x3 matching card!
I wanted to make something for my boys and make it not
toooo girly! :o) I think I accomplished that! :o)
I used the CCR Program(Cricut Craft Room) And Downloaded
the 3D Mailboxes from Provo Craft!
3x3 Card - Card stock Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - Pebbles Inc.
Cartridge - Everyday Pop Up (Heart Lock)
Cut @ 2 1/2"
Card stock - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - Pebbles Inc.
Cartridges - Digital Download 3D Mailboxes From Provo Craft
(Mailbox) Cut @ 6"
Designer's Calendar (Be Mine Heart)
Cut @ 2 3/4"
I used Red Stickles to highlight the "Be Mine"
I used my White Signo Gel Pen just to add
a little extra somethin' somethin' to the hearts....
I didn't want the back to be plain so I added a 3 1/2"
square of Designer Paper to it....
I filled the inside up with Valentine's Candy so
that the 3x3 card could pop out of the Mailbox..... The box on the
inside really holds up well with the candy inside....
I made 2 of these in about 2 hours... After deciding on the
colors and paper choice.... :o) That's always the hardest part....
They were really easy to put together to my surprise!
Well That's my Valentine's Project for my Boys!
I hope you all have an AWESOME Valentine's Day!!!!
Theresa

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I love these. Masculine but still adorable. Good color choices too. Lucky boys!
ReplyDeleteYou did an amazing job. I am going to have to use that cart and make me some mailboxes. Great job.
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on the mailbox! I'm sure the boys will love getting it, especially since it's filled with candy (you know kids).

ReplyDeleteOh wow! How cute is that mailbox?? I really love the way this turned out, it's so hard to find cute things for boys and this is just perfect. Your colors, patterns and images are perfect for Valentines without being "girly". And...filled with candy? How awesome is that? Love this Theresa!

ReplyDeleteOMG these are awesome! Love your colour choices. I nearly signed up to CCR just to get these mailboxes as I have been so taken with them. But seeing as my gypsy is enough of a challenge for me ;) never got quite brave enough!!LOVE yours.
