Shamrocks!

Hello and Happy Sunday Everyone! I know I've been MIA Again!
But work has been making me crazy! I've spent the past 2 weeks
trying to get out as much Spring/Summer Clothes as I can. The
weather has been so great this winter for us! (Sorry to those of you
who haven't had the same thing) But it's a rarity here in Utah! So
I thought now is a great time to get started.... but it also takes a lot
of time on my part...Your talkin' about a couple thousand pieces of clothing
I'm changing out.... What a work out! LOL Plus I was moving my 2 storage
units to a new location too... So you can just imagine how my work load
has been... But it's getting a little better now that I'm almost done with the
change.... So hopefully this next weekend I can get back to crafting! As
always... I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that I can! ;o)

Any who.... One night when I was really tired I wanted
to craft something.... ANYTHING! and thought why not make
something for St. Patty's day.... So I did and here it is!

I got these wonderful plain wood Shamrocks
and turned them into this!

I painted them green then added some fun
St. patty's day scrapbook paper... I used Mod Podge
to adhere them... Then sanded them down
Added some Tulle & Ribbon then popped
some small glitter shamrock on
and there you go!
A nice simple Home Décor Project!

I'm entering these Challenges:

I hate just changing out the clothes in my closet for the seasons - can't imagine what you have been dealing with. Hope things let up soon and you have more time to play ♥

  2. Theresa, these came out so cute. You reminded me of some painted wooden shamrocks I made "years" ago. I should have put then out. I love the prints you used. Hope you get to craft soon.

  7. Glad to hear things are getting better with work:) I'm always happy to hear you getting some crafty time! I really like these and they are fantastic to display for the St. Patty's day! Take it easy and thank you for taking the time to visit especially since I know you are really busy and exhausted by the time you get home so thank you:)

  8. Ohhh, what FUN decor!! These shamrocks are fabulous! Love the papers!

I'm beyond jealous that you've had such a good winter. We've had a horrible one - including another blizzard yesterday. I should have gone to Utah to camp out with you. Mind you, the commute might have caused me to lose my job...
