    Theresa, this is so beautifully sweet! The hedgehog is adorable and I love your use of the polka dot paper! The cupcake is gorgeous and your scalloped base is so pretty. That ribbon is just gorgeous! I love how you let it flutter down (and up!) in all its glory. :o) Wonderful creation as always, my dear friend! Wishing you a day as lovely as you are!
