Hello and Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!
I'm gonna try and make this post quick for ya --
Valentine's Day is Tomorrow and I wanted to
share another Card I made ---
So not all of this card is my idea -- The lower portion of my
card with the banner, heart, circle, & sequins are from a
tiny tag card I got from my card swap group 2 years ago --
We were supposed to make REGULAR Sized cards - But one
person in the group made these little tags -
Which I had no use for until now -- I cut it and used it for my card
I added the Stitched Chevron Die and LOVE word Dies
and the card layers and design --
I offset my LOVE word die, cutting it out 2 x's
Once in Black and Once in White
I'm Entering the Following Challenges --
Die Cuttin Diva's - Valentine's Day
Cut It Up Challenge #141 - Layers of Love
Jo's Scrap Shack - Anything Goes
I'm happy with how this turned out
and I want to wish ALL of You
a VERY HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!
Theresa

Isn't re-purposing great?! I love being able to set something aside that I am not thrilled about, only to pick it up later and turn it into something totally different and new. Great way to do that with this card!
ReplyDeleteFAB valentine!
ReplyDeleteThis looks familiar. I just received it and loved that it was a surprise! THANKS! Happy Valentine's to you too. Definitely need to chat soon.
ReplyDeleteHello friend! You did an awesome job on your Valentine's Day cards. Thank you so much for my adorable card! Sadly, other than the card I made for my husband, I did not get around to making any to send out this year. :( I hope you and your family have a wonderful dinner tonight. I also shopped early for candy for my husband and sister. They both love dark chocolate and I have found in the past if I wait too long, there is not dark chocolate left! I am a milk chocolate girl myself. Have a great week and I think I'll try to give you a call this weekend so we can catch up.

If you hold onto things long enough, you'll find a use for them! It's like finding money in your pocket! You matched the colors and feel perfectly on this card. Thanks for linking it to Layers of Love challenge at Cut it Up!
