Here's what I created to inspire you --
I chose to go with the flowers I see in the photos --
I'm using the lovely Raisin Boat Stamp Set Called:
OOPS A DAISY (9236-Z)
I stamped my images on some Koh-I-Noor Bristol Smooth
Watercolor paper with versamark ink and then heat embossed
them with some black embossing powder -
Then I cut them out with my Brother Scan N Cut Machine
I colored the flowers with my Arteza Watercolor Pens (LOVE THEM)
Then pulled out some Distress Inks in - Dried Marigold, Ripe Persimmon,
& Spiced Marmalade and blended those colors together on a piece of
White Cardstock -
I pulled out a Lattice Background Die and cut it out with
black cardstock -- Then adhered the background
to my blended cardstock --
and attached it to a Black card base with some Fun Foam
I really liked the flowers but felt they needed some foliage, so
I die cut 3 Flourish Leaves in some green Cardstock
I wanted my card to have some sparkle (Who Doesn't)
So I sprayed the card front, Flowers, & Leaves with my
Sheer Shimmer Sparkle Spray - I put some heat on
everything to make sure it was all dry.
Then tried to figure out a good place for my
leaves and flowers to sit on my card front --
After that, I went for my sentiment, I heat embossed it
in black as well and I used a Stitched Banner die to cut it out
Placed it near the flowers and then added a little Bling!
