Hello & Happy Monday to ya!!  We have kicked off our Summer Vacation and realized we have a bunch of stuff we need to get done around the house! :(  That's a bummer, but if we get it done... We can enjoy the rest of our Summer! Right?

Cut it Up Challenge #71

Hello & Happy Dance Friday to ya!!! I can sing it now -----  Schoooooollllsss Out for the Summmmer!!! Yes!!!! We are a Happy family today!!! :) It'll be nice to get into a routine of sleeping in and staying up late.... Of course by August... you'll see me saying how happy I'm gonna be that we'll be back to some type of schedule... But for now.... I'm totally COOL with School being out & having my Sweet son Hunter Home!!! :)
Anyway... It's CHALLENGE DAY over at The Cut it Up Challenge Blog This is a really great Challenge for you guys too!!! I know a lot of you LOVE to mess with Glimmer Mist & Color Shine, & Perfect Pearls Mist, Etc.... Well
This is sooooo the Challenge for YOU!!! I mean Getting all inky playing with your sprays!!! Who could resist a  FUN Challenge like that??? :)
So.... The Challenge Theme is --- You MUST Use a Mist and of course You MUST use a DIE CUT on your Project!! So here is what I created....

You can't see the shimmer in the photo.... I tried a billion shots

to try and show it... but not happening... But it does Shimmer

with the Glitter Mists I used... :)

I had a hard time with this at first --- But then I thought... why not make a Shaker card and create my own background.... So then it just kind of came together with no problem... Using Glimmer Mist isn't something I would normally do So, it was really nice to step out of my comfort zone to create this!

I was busy last week & now this week, trying to come up with some Teacher Appreciation gifts & end of School year gifts,  so my son Hunter can give them to  his 2 amazing 6th grade Teachers... Mother's Day Shaker....

Hello And Happy Monday to ya!!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend & Mother's Day! I know I did! I had a yummy breakfast made by my boys and I got to enjoy the day of actually doing NOTHING!! Ahhhh my kind of day! :)
Since it took me FOREVER to get my Mother's day card done... I thought I would post it today for ya... I honestly had a hard time coming up with something until the last minute... but once I came up with it... I was on a roll until it was completed!  I don't normally use purple in my projects....  I guess I'm just a (BLUE) kind of gal!  But, my mom does like Purple and that is why I made this card... I mean... she IS my MOM!! So, that's what inspired me to create this! :)
