Hey there Crafty Friends!

We're half way through the week already! YAY! 

I'm looking forward to the weekend!

Today, I thought I would share my

Weekly Holiday Card - I'm using the 

New Paper Collection from Echo Park

Called (WISE MEN) 

This collection is really pretty -

It has some black, red, cream, & tan colors --

and beautiful sentiments for the holidays....

I just fell in LOVE with it!

First of all - I HAD to use my Sheer Sparkle Shimmer Spray -

This whole card is sparkly in real life - I love the way it shimmers

in the light and so will the recipient!! My Stitched Rectangle

Dies are from My Creative Time, the Scalloped Stitched Die

is from Craftin' Desert Diva's, The snowflake dies are from

Lawn Fawn and the Tiny Doilies Die is from My Craft Spot (No

Longer Available) -- I used a couple of adhesive clear gems

on some of the snowflakes and the Cardstock is Bazzill &

Recollections 110 lb. black.

Hello & Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!

Today, I thought I would get straight to the point

with this FUN FALL Card, I made using the

Wonderful (A PERFECT AUTUMN) Paper

Collection by Echo Park --

I thought I would use Sketch #333 from

My Favorite Things on this one

The Stitched Circle Die & Stitched Rectangle Die are

from My Favorite Things - I used a Piece of 

DCWV Burlap CS behind the bear

And I used my Sheer Shimmer Sparkle Spray

on the Leaves, Acorns, Sentiment, & Bear

I also used a piece of Fun Foam to pop up

my card for a little more dimension -

I think this is perfect to send to a crafty friend!!

Christmas Joy -

Happy Saturday crafty friends!

I know I don't normally post on 

a Saturday, but I didn't want the

week to go by without me sharing my

Weekly Holiday card! You guys know

I'm a Stickler for these types of things! LOL

I'm using the Fabulous Echo Park Paper collection

called (A Perfect Christmas)

As with ALL my digital papers - I started out by designing my card

in my silhouette program - Dragging & Dropping Papers & Embellishments

that I like and putting them where I think they'll look best on the card -

Once I find something I'm happy with (design wise) 

I Print it out on a 12 x 12 Sheet of Bazzill White Cardstock - 

I then use an Acrylic Sealer to protect my printout - 

before cutting the pieces out on my Silhouette Cameo - 

I used a Stitched Rectangle die from My Creative Time, an Eyelet

Border Punch from Stampin' Up, some Sheer Sparkle Spritz spray. 

The card base is Recollections 110lb black CS, I added some Clear

Adhesive Gems from Stampin' Up on the snowflakes... 

All the embellishments are from Echo Park - (Ornament, Joy Banner,

Snowflakes, Tag with Santa) - Of course I did the inside as

well using a sentiment from Hero Arts (Xmas Sentiments CL722)

Fall Sports Birthday...

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
It's been a busy week for me at School
so I haven't really had time to do any crafting...

But last weekend I had some time to
create a Fall Sports card for the

 Victorine Originals Challenge - 
It's still going on if you want to play along with us

Here's a Birthday Sports Card I made for
another Teacher at school -

I'm using one of the neat Sports Stamps Victorine Originals has.

It's called Football (2598-C) - It has the elements for any Football fan 

with the helmet, Banner, & Football! I stamped my image with

Faded Jeans Distress Oxide - I'm using an Older paper

collection by Fancy Pants called (Like Father Like Son) on

an Orange Card base - I'm using an assortment of stitched

dies from My Favorite Things, Craftin' Desert Diva's, & Simon Says Stamp

I also do the inside of my cards for the Teachers at School.

I'm using the (Very Best of Birthdays - 2780-C) 

stamp from Victorine Originals as well - 

We have a lot of new male Teachers this year and 

almost ALL of them are very much into sports!

So I think one of them will enjoy receiving this card!

a stamp from Victorine Originals if you don't have one!

Oriental Trading - Fall Banner

Hello & Happy Tuesday Everyone!
How was your Holiday Weekend?
Mine was Crazy busy... Maybe I'll get some rest
during the October Fall Break! LOL

Today I wanted to show ya this FALL
Banner project I made using some wonderful

products I received from Oriental Trading!!

As most of you know... I like to make wood projects
along with making cards... and It's been awhile since I shared my
last home decor piece with you...  And now
with it being September - FALL is Screaming in my ear!
You ALL know I LOOOVE Fall... So, here's what
I made to spruce up my home --

First I started with some Unfinished Wood Pennants - Spray painting them in 
Fall colors like Orange, Green, Red, Mustard, & Beige -  After letting them dry,
I used the Fall Paper Pack Sheets to Die Cut my Letters Out -
I wanted it to say (HAPPY) then a space in between, then the
word (FALL) - Once those were all cut out, it was time to add
ALL my Embellishments --

It was really hard trying to get a picture of this banner - I was standing on a ladder
with my window shades open along with a bunch of lights on
in my living room! You should have seen me! I know all my neighbors did! LOL

Here's a close up of the HAPPY Banner pieces - 

I used some Natural Dried Raffia Ribbon on each pennant 

as a backdrop - Then added a layer of colored Burlap Leaf Shapes

on top of them. I used my Hot glue gun to secure them down - 

On some of the Letters I added some pretty Fall Gems.....

Now, the close up of the FALL banner pieces - I used some really pretty
Fall Paper Flowers on some of the letters and found these
adorable Fall Burlap Pumpkins & Artificial Acorns that really
 make my Fall Banner POP! 
In order to get it all hung together I used some 
5mm Just Cording, which really gave it 
that rustic Fall Vibe I was looking for!

Victorine Originals Challenge #10 - Fall Sports

Today... starts another FUN Challenge over at:

 YAY! I know how you

guys enjoy a good Challenge!

Our Challenge is Fall Sports - 

 You can follow the Theme or Use the inspiration photo
or Use the color combo all use all 3!!! You don't have to use
a stamp from Victorine Originals if you don't have one!

Here's what I created to inspire you --

I actually chose to go with the Color Palette & the Flower 

in the Photo Inspiration - I'm using my Zig Real Brush

Water Color Pens and some Canson Water Color Paper

I also wanted my Flower to Sparkle, so I used my

Clear Wink of Stella Glitter pen -- The GORGEOUS

image is the Large Sunflower Stamp (5044-S)

FYI - I DID use red zig brush pens on my flower petals

 but my image looks pinker than red -  So I made a second

card to fall in line with the Color scheme of the Mood Board

This is my card completed! I added some Ice Cube Jewels 

and some Jute Twine. The sentiment

Thinking of You is another stamp from Victorine Originals

I added Fun Foam to the backing for dimension -

I think this one hit the mark on the Matching Color

Scheme of the Challenge... I LOVE both cards anyway!!! 😊

Spooky Halloween night...

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!

Today's my day to take over the blog at:

Victorine Original Stamps

YAY for me... 🙌

WOW! Today is the last day of August --
Where has the time gone? I'm already
thinking of Fall/Halloween projects
So I thought I would show you this
SPOOKY Halloween card I made to send
to a crafty friend - 

Isn't it SPOOOOKY??? LOL Okay it's not scary but I thought
it was kind of cool looking - 😉


I LOVE the neat Boarded Window Stamp (3049-K) from VO -
I can see so many fun Halloween projects with it - 

I also pulled out the adorable Halloween Kids Set for the fun
Sentiment on my card!

I used Distress Oxides & Distress Sprays to create
my background along with a little
White Acrylic Paint -

My Image was colored with some Zig Real
Water color brush pens and I heat
embossed the sentiment & Image in WOW! Primary Ebony
Embossing powder

I added some Shimmer Sparkle spray & some
Crystal Nuvo Drops to finish it off --

I popped my card front up on a piece of Fun Foam
and added some glossy accents to the eyes
