Stars & Snowflakes...

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
YAY, it's the weekend and I get to start
putting up my Christmas stuff! My hubby
thinks I'm nuts (as he always does) but it
doesn't bother me to get a Jump Start on things!

I reminded him that I spent the entire year making
Christmas cards and now look -- They are ALL
done and ready to be mailed off - Whose Crazy Now???
Hahahaha - Okay maybe I still am a little bit but
in a GOOD kind of way! Am I right?

As you guys know I went to a Holiday card making class
back in early October - and I'm sharing the cards
the Hostess made for everyone to make and then
my version of it, since I like to change things up -

Here's another card --

This is a side flip open card and it's lovely
in white, silver, & blue - even the embossing is pretty

But I didn't like the cardstock - We all have our
favorites - am I right? So, after looking at this
card, I decided to go a different direction with mine --

YUP! No Side fold for me!! I went a totally different route on this card -
You can see I used some of the elements of the card kit on my card

I started by choosing a light blue card base top fold design -
Then instead of using the silver glitter strip, I went with
White & Silver snowflake washi tape
I kept the scallop border because I really liked it - and then
I die cut a Stitched circle out of white cardstock and layered
the DP circle on top of that - I also used a different
Embossing folder on my card --

I wanted to add a little more silver so
I used a Word die and cut that
out in some Silver Cardstock (3x's) and then layered them
on top of each other, to make it stand out - then just added a
couple of clear adhesive gems to complete my card -
The inside of my card has another scallop border along
with a sentiment to tie the whole card together -

I really like how my card turned out - it's really pretty in person!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a FABULOUS Weekend!!

Golden Tags --

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Can you believe we are 1/2 way thru November already??
Who's ready for some TURKEY??? I AM!! LOL

I think this weekend I'll be putting
up the Christmas decor as well - I know we
haven't had Thanksgiving yet - but I'm just
feeling the Christmas vibe --

Since I'm gonna start getting the Christmas vibe -
I thought I would share these lovely tags I made
for my Local Monthly Card Swap Group -
We already met up and we won't meet up again until
Jan. 2018 - But I made these "extra tags' for the ladies

I die cut White Tags out, then cut out the stitched layer tag in gold -

Then I pulled out my SumMore Fun Stamps -

I wanted to do some heat embossing - so the
pine border is with gold embossing and then the sentiment is
done with fine white embossing -
I added a lovely ribbon with the trim in gold

The ladies in my card swap liked the extra surprise
and I was happy to make them! :)

I need some help!!

Happy Tuesday Crafty friends!
This post is a simple one -

I've been trying for 3 days now to leave comments
on your blog posts - but for some really strange reason, I can't!

I don't know why or how to fix this -
It shows me logged into google - I can
make a New blog post -

But when I go to my reading list (which I always have)
and click on any of your blogs - it let's
me read your post but then when I want
to leave you a comment -

It shows "Select Profile" so of course
I select Google since I have an account - then
it flips the screen and then shows NO Comment!!
And I'm like WHAT? I just left one -

Also, when I go to my Blog page
Theresa's Crafty Creations -
in the corner, it has the Sign In at the top
so when I click on it - it does NOT have me sign in...
it just takes me to my Blogger/Post page -
you know, where we can write our blog posts -

That's it... So I don't know what to do...
I'm getting really frustrated - especially
since I've been trying to leave comments
and it won't let me AND I'm not a
computer savvy person --

So, if anyone can help me figure this mess
about PLEASE send me an email -

I've already cleared my cache & logging history
and anything else I could think of...

Just know, I've tried to leave you comments
but I can't!!! UGH!!

these were super quick & easy to make!

I wanted to add the (to & from) to these treats because a couple

they could - 😉

Victorine Originals - Mood Board Challenge #15

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
Today... starts another FUN Challenge over at:

 YAY! I know how you
guys enjoy a good Challenge!

Our Mood Board is  -  All Tied Up

You can use the Mood Board or go by the Theme
or Use the color combo or Use all 3!!! You don't have to use
a stamp from Victorine Originals if you don't have one!

All the rules for this fun challenge are RIGHT HERE!

Here's what I created to inspire you --

So, I decided to go along with the Theme (All Tied Up)
and I tried to incorporate some of the colors as well --
So, Of course I went with a TAG! Made sense to me! LOL

I'm using the AWESOME Empty Snow Globe Stamp (5043-S)
I used my Scan N Cut to Cut out the shape, then used my scissors
to cut out the center circle - Then I used the
Happy Holidays Stamp for the inside of my shaker -
I heat embossed it with some Red Embossing powder -
Then added an assortment of sequins from my stash -
I added some Trendy twine in the front of my globe
to "TIE" in with the theme as well! LOL
Then on the back side I used the File Folder Stamp Set (10541-X)
for the To: and From: stamping -

One tag down - only a bunch more to go! LOL

I hope you guys can join us --
I would LOVE to see what you create!

Joy Shaker --

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Today's my day to take over the blog at:
YAY for me... 🙌

I thought I would show you a Wonderful
Christmas Shaker Card!

Super Simple CAS Style card! I'm using the Lovely Large Joy with Ornament
Stamp - I like that it covers a good portion of my card and that it has
elegant handwriting for that extra flair!

I started, by Heat Embossing the JOY Stamp with Versamark ink & some
(Holly Daze) Embossing powder from Clear Tops - It has a Red & Green
mixture in it - After I did that I cut out the center on the ornament.
so I can create my shaker circle -

Then, I used a Stitched Rectangle Die for a nice
bordered edge - I then added a piece of acetate and
used some Scotch Dimension Adhesive to pop up
the backside so I can add my assorted sequins/beads

I cut a Circle out of a piece of Doodlebug Designer paper to cover
over my Shaker ornament circle, then added more Scotch Dimension
Adhesive for the rest of my 4 x 5 1/4 white card front, so it would
sit evenly on my Hunter Green Card base -

I added a few more sequins to the front of my card, just to
tie it all together - and I really like the classic look of it!
