5 minute Elegant Birthday

Hello & Happy Monday Everyone!

Did you guys have a good weekend?

I was busy trying to do a million things in just 2 days! 

How crazy is that? It's not like I don't know better! 

You can't just cram a million things into one weekend!

Ooh, well... I tried too anyway and now it's back to work as usual!

Just waiting for Friday to come back around! hahaha

I thought I would show ya a quick Birthday card -

This looks so Elegant and yet it took me about 5 minutes to make! WHAT?

Bubble Over Celebration....

Hello and Happy Monday Everyone!!

Can you believe Halloween is just in a couple of days! EEK!!

This month has certainly flown by and just think, we

have Thanksgiving & Christmas right around the corner!! YIKES!

I swear Summer just ended like a few weeks ago!

Maybe it's because I live somewhere HOT that

I'm thinkin' this way... Who Knows?

I sure Did! I even had time to craft a little bit!

Elegant Birthday Wishes....

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!

Today's my day to take over the blog at:

SumMore Fun Stamps Blog

I thought I would share an Elegant Birthday Card-

I was in the mood to make an Elegant Birthday card

so I pulled out some Momenta Sticker Sheets I found

at my Local Tuesday Morning - They are Adhesive backed

which made this card go even faster!!!

Then I went to my Victorine Original Stash of Stamps

and pulled the Woman in Dress Stamp out

Seeing that this card was going to involve Gold, Pink,

Black, & White - I decided to stamp up my lovely

lady in some Brillance Galaxy Gold Ink

I used my Misti and got my lady positioned where

I wanted her and stamped her 4 times, just to get

that extra sparkle of gold - Then I used my Heat tool

on it to make sure it was dry...

I cut down my white cardstock piece and added a 

soft pink cardstock layer behind it - just to

give it a little separation from the dotted background

I decided to add a sentiment from the

Flourishing Thoughts Raisin Boat stamp set

I told you guys... It's my GO TO Sentiment

Stamp set! Everything is so pretty and perfect

for so many occasions!! I wanted to keep the

flow with some added gold, so I punched a 

circle out of some Gold Cardstock I had

and stamped my sentiment onto that... then

I just popped it up on my card front

Here's a Closer look at my card --

I wanted to continue to Glam up my card, so I grabbed

some Sequins in Gold, Black, & Light Pink

and adhered them all onto my card to finish it off!

I also wanted to share the inside of my card with you -

I like having the insides completed at the same time as

the outside - This way it's ready to go when I need it!

I'm using another Victorine Originals Sentiment -

This one is called (Elegant Sayings) and it has

so many beautiful handwritten sentiments in it

 I cut a strip of the striped paper and placed it across

the bottom of my white cardstock, then I used

one of my Butterfly Punches and punched out

a gold butterfly, just to tie everything together!

SumMore Fun - Mood Board Challenge #25

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!

Today... starts another FUN Challenge over at: 

SumMore Fun Stamps

 YAY! I know how you

guys enjoy a good Challenge!

Our Mood Board is - 

 You can use the theme, pictures, or color combo
 You don't have to use
a stamp from SumMore Fun if you don't have one!

All the rules for this fun challenge are RIGHT HERE!

Here's what I created to inspire you --

I went with some of the colors on the Mood Board --

I blended a couple of different shades
of orange & yellow Distress inks to give it that peachy color
Then I Stamped & Embossed my Beautiful Cross
I used a Stitched Rectangle die and cut out my image 
Then I placed it off to the side on my Kraft Cardbase
and cut a small portion off, to give it that offset look
Then I pulled out my white Gel Pen to give it that
Faux Stitch look around the border --

I found an Easter Stamp in my stash to use and I die cut
the Celebrate Word die out of Light green Cardstock
2x's for added dimension - Then I used my Wink of Stella
Pen on the word die, for some extra Sparkle and
added a couple of Clear Jewel Gems as well

 And now it's ready to be mailed off!!

I've got a Fun Shaker Card to Share!

I haven't made one in awhile and thought???

Hey, why not? Am I Right? 

Anyway here's my Birthday Shaker Card --

Now if you've been following me.... you would know that

the background was made a while ago - 

I made the TAG RIGHT HERE

And I didn't want to waste a really nice blended background

So I took my tag and scanned it into my computer so I could 

create a Border Tag shape -

After Many, Many, MANY attempts... I did get it as close as I could

and cut out that thin Black border Frame you see here --

The Balloons are also leftovers from my previous tag

and thought they would look great inside my shaker --
