Petals for The Pittman's & Linky Party

Hello everyone, we are here to help one of our own. Larissa Collins Pittman is a cherished part of our crafty family. Her bio is inspiring when you look and see how many amazing companies she has worked with, sharing her time, energy, and love of this incredible crafty journey. And whether you realize it or not you have been enjoying her work for years, seeing her projects for so many of the companies we all love! She needs our help and as one of the most caring communities we know, we are reaching out to all of you to help us help her.
Larissa has been facing her own health issues. Gary, her husband, has been a police officer for over twenty years. He was in the process of trying to find work closer to home so that he could take care of her when his own medical needs began to surface. He has had many hospital stays, lots of ups and downs, astronomical medical bills, and is still battling, every day, to just be able to be at home and try to regain his health. They are out of money, yet the medical bills continue to mount. Please help us to help them!
If you would like more info on the Pittman’s situation you can find a nice write up done by their daughter on their Go Fund Me.

Polka Dot Orchard has teamed up with several companies, artists and crafters to raise money for the Pittman’s. We collaborated together to bring you two joint digital floral stamp sets, that will only be available for a short time.

All proceeds from these two sets will be donated to The Pittman’s.

Petal For The Pittman’s Set One

Petals For The Pittman’s Set Two

The designs in these sets were created by many, many artists in
the crafting industry. The list of companies can be found HERE!

I've created a card using an image and sentiment from each of the sets -

The Puppy image with flowers was designed by Dare 2B Artzy and the sentiment was designed by Polka Dot Orchard - I used assorted Copic Markers, a Stitched Rectangle Frame Die, Clear Adhesive Gems from SU, Neenah Solar White CS, MFT Designer Paper, & Fun Foam for added dimension -
****LINKY PARTY HAS BEEN EXTENDED****

We're having a huge linky party with giveaways that were
generously donated, including something from me!

The linky party is floral themed. Please link up new craft projects and remember if you use a floral image from one of the Petals For Pittman’s digital stamp sets you get two entry for a prize instead of one.

So, make sure to create anything FLORAL related and add it to the linky
party for a chance to win a fabulous prize!

SumMore Fun Mood Board Challenge # 36

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
Today... starts another FUN Challenge over at:

Our Mood Board is -

You can use the theme, pictures, or color combo
 You don't have to use
a stamp from SumMore Fun if you don't have one!

All the rules for this fun challenge are RIGHT HERE!

Here's what I created to inspire you --

I went with the colors in the mood board again to create my card -
I'm using the Adorably CUTE
Raisin Boat Stamp Set called Robo Party
I'm also using the Raisin Boat Stamp Set
called Flourishing Thoughts for my Sentiment .

I colored my little Robots with my Stampin' Blend Markers
Then I masked them off so I could create the sky
background - Then I added a few drops of water and
grabbed a paper towel to dab it up.

The Gear embossing folder is from Provo Craft called Clockworks
The "Friends" Die is from Simon Says Stamp cut out 2x's
and I added some inking to the lower half of the word
The Stitched Window Frame die is also from
Simon Says Stamp - It has a Happy Birthday sentiment
that's inside the frame, but I cut it out so I could use the
window for my cute Kitty & Dog Robot friends!
