For my Crafty Friend....

 Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Halloween is just around the corner and I've got another
quick Halloween card to show ya!

Just like yesterday's post I made this card way back in February -
The We R Memory Retro Glam kit had the perfect colors
for Halloween cards so I thought? Why Not?

Here's what I made --

This turned out to be such a fun, cute card!

Here's how I made it ---

The sweet image is from Jaded Blossom (Holiday Dress Up)
I colored her up with some Stampin' Blend Markers
The Sentiment is from Stamp Addict & I used
WOW! Opaque Vanilla White Embossing powder, Versa Mark Ink, & a Heat tool
I used several scrap pieces from the kit to make this design
The Cardstock is Sahara Sands from Stampin' Up
Rectangle Stitched Frame die is from My Creative Time

See ya Tomorrow!
Have a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!

Elegant Friends....

Hello & Happy Easter Weekend Everyone!
I'm already over at the other place working my
little heart out with NO Internet again!

It should be coming soon! They called us, so hopefully, someone will
be out here to put in a cable - They did say that they would just place
it through a window for now - They don't want their workers coming into
the house - Which is okay with me as long as we get
some internet service out here I'll be happy!

Here's another card I made a while back using
a card front from a card kit I found at Tuesday Morning -

The Card kit just had white cards designed with silver foil images on them -
Of course, I took it up a notch or two by doing some ink blending -

I used 3 different shades of Distress Oxides and then I cleaned
my ink off the silver foiled floral design - It looks so pretty
I used my favorite Stitched Rectangle Frame die from My Creative time

I wanted the background to stand out of course - So I just
die-cut the Friends Frame die from (Papertrey Ink) in some SIlver
Foil cardstock - Then I die cut a banner from (Lawn Fawn) and
used silver embossing powder on the sentiment Stamp from (MFT)
I then added some Clear Lucy's card gems to finish it up!

It is popped up with some Fun Foam on a Neenah Solar White Cardbase

I wish you all a Very Happy and Safe Easter Weekend!!!

I'd pick you!

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
Can you believe February is just about over?
WOW! We are LEAPING into SPRING!

That means a little warmer weather (yay) and
Spring Break! My Spring break is in 2 short weeks
which means I'll be going to the other house for an entire
week without the internet! UGH!
We'll be painting the house (at least that's the plan)
And then fixing a bunch of stuff as well - Lots to do I tell ya!

In the meantime, while I wait for Spring Break to arrive
I thought I would show you another card I made with the
We R Memory Retro Glam Card Kit -

My card doesn't look like the original card design

If you look at the very bottom on the Card kit, it shows a
long card - well... this is my version of that card!

Mine is an A2 card size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) and I added
other layers and a totally different sentiment
I used a stitched rectangle frame die from MCT
clear wink of Stella on all the flowers -
The Cardbase is a dark grey cardstock from Papertrey ink

I hope you ALL have a Wonderful Weekend!!

Retro Glam....

Hello & Happy Wednesday Everyone!

While I'm still struggling to create, I managed
to make 8 cards over the weekend using an
old card kit that I had just sitting around -

I made a card with this kit a long time ago
and since I'm not feeling super crafty I thought this
might help jump-start some Mojo!

The kit says you can make 8 cards, (which you can see them on the cover)
since I already made a card with this kit and made 8 more over the weekend
and have at least 2 possibly 3 cards left to make with
this kit... I think you can get at least 12 cards completed using
any card kit -

I never use the sizes they offer like 5x7 or the large square card
size of 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 - I use the extras from those types of
designs to create more cards with - I also prefer to use
my own cardstock for the card bases - which pushes
more cards out of the kit as well -

These first 3 cards are the first ones I made
trying to jump that Mojo Juice!, So they
are more like the ones in the picture on the card kit -

I used Sahara Sand Stampin' Up Cardstock for my card bases

This is a long card sized at 3 1/2 x 8 1/2
The only changes I did from the kit are I added only 1 pink scallop
(the kit shows 2) and I added a faux stitch swirl from the bird to the sentiment
I also added Clear wink of Stella on the Birthday chipboard letters and
the chipboard birds wing and belly -
I also added some Fun Foam for Dimension

This one was supposed to be a 5 x 7 card but I cut it down
to be an A2 Size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) and I also didn't add the
4 pink dots the card kit shows - I just didn't like them -
I used my favorite My creative time Stitched rectangle frame die
and added some fun foam for dimension
I also added some Clear Wink of Stella on all the green flowers,
it gives it a nice sparkle!

This one I changed ever so slightly - I actually love the design of this one -
The original design has that background leaf as the card base -  But I used
my Sahara Sand Cardstock and added a Bazzill green cardstock layer
then cut down the leaf design then added the rest - I had to trim the
scallop pieces and green strip because mine wasn't the size of the original -
I added clear wink of Stella to the Hoot letters and to the pink bow on the owl
I also added some fun foam for dimension and the stitched
rectangle frame dies are from My Creative Time

I hope you have a WONDERFUL DAY!!!

Trendy Twine - Interactive Maze

Hello and Happy Thursday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This month they are featuring Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine

I created this fun maze shaker interactive card --

I found a maze design in my Silhouette Program, so I sized it
up and printed it out as my guide - Then I took some Adhesive glue
and added it to the maze print out and then added the Twine on top
so it would make the shape of the maze -

I added 1 tiny bead so you could play with the maze -
It works because I could not stop playing with it!

I dressed up the inside of my card to match the front -
I love the small To GO Coffee and sweet sentiments!

The Sentiment stamps are from Annie's Paper Boutique

Happy Bee's....

Hello and Happy Thursday Crafty Peeps!
I was playing around in my Silhouette program
and made these super Fun Cards -

Aren't they cute??? I thought they turned out adorable!

I realized after I started taking the pictures that I forgot to
put a sentiment on the fronts! OOPS!!

Here's a close up of one of the cards -
I Popped up the sweet little bee's
Funny that I say "sweet" for bees! Real Bee's are NOT Sweet!
And I'm allergic to them! (Fun Fact) LOL

I'm using Digital Files for the bees (FlyPixel Studio)
And the Papers (Scrap de Yas)

The Clear Adhesive gems are from Stampin' Up & CTMH
I used Fun Foam to pop up the design on the Black Cardstock
And I added Some Clear Wink of Stella to all the black areas
on the little bees -

Here's a look at the inside of my cards - I added more cute bees
and I trimmed a strip of the DP to go along the bottom -
I used a stitched Rectangle frame die to add a little something as well

The Sentiment is a Digital Stamp set from Polka Dot Orchard
It's called Bee Hoppy

It's supposed to read "Hoppy Thoughts for my BEE-utiful Friend"

But I wanted it to say "HAPPY" instead, so all I did was
print out the original sentiment then I took my black
Micron pen and added a little line to the "O" and
BAM I made Hoppy into Happy!!!

Nice way to get a little more out of your Digital stamps!!

Thanks for stopping by!!
Have a Terrific Day!!

Fish you were here....

Hello and Happy Monday Crafty friends!
It's hot outside! YIKES! Feels like Summer!
Ooh, wait... It is Summer!! EEK!

You all know this is NOT my favorite time of the year!
It's just to hot for me! YES! I'm a BIG BABY! LOL
At least I can admit it! Right?

Anywho...
You all know I went on vacation to visit my sister...
Anytime I visit my family and stay at their house I always make sure to
make them a Thank You card! In this case, I tend to pre-make
the card and secretly mail it to them while I'm still visiting -
I know a little crazy? But that's just me! 😜

I only do that because I know I'm going
to enjoy myself no matter what, and I want them
to know how much I appreciate them!

So, here's the card I made her -

Isn't this so sweet? I thought so anyway!

When I visit my sister I start to miss her as soon as I leave -
I can't say that with other family members, but it IS how I
feel when I'm with her - So when I saw this adorable
Sip Happens Digital Stamp set from Polka Dot Orchard
I knew right away what I was gonna make with it -

Cardstock - Neenah Solar White, SU Kraft, Acetate Sheet,
Bo Bunny dotted yellow, Stampin' Up Green
Designer Paper - Avery Elle (6x6 Everyday Collection)
Assorted Sequins from my stash
Stampin' Blends Pens for coloring
Stitched Rectangle Frame Die - My Creative Time
Slanted Banner Die - MFT
Fish Bowl SVG Shape - Silhouette Store (#39243)
Salty Ocean Distress Oxide
Laser Printer, Cameo, Big Shot, Dimensionals,
Fun Foam, Scan N Cut

Have a FABULOUS DAY!!
