Merry Christmas Holly....

Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
How's your week going so far?
Me??? Well, I'm already looking forward to the weekend! Hahaha

I've got another Christmas card to share
using the same PhotoPlay Card Kit (Here Comes Santa)

I pretty much CAS(E)'d this card completely! WHY?
Cause I really liked the layers on it! :)

The only things I did differently were to add Candy Cane Trendy Twine,
Clear Wink of Stella on the holly, Place it all on a
Neenah Solar White Smooth Cardstock Base, Use a
couple of stitched rectangle dies, & Add Dimension!

Another Easy Peasy one down! I'm liking this Kit! hahaha

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a Fantastic Day!!

Quick, Cute Tags!

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Today's my day to take over the blog at:

I thought I would share a couple of Cute Christmas Tags
I made using the Raisin Boat Stamp Set - Holiday Wishes

Aren't they just so FUN! I made them pretty quickly too -
I die cut the pieces out with extra Scraps in my Scrap bin

This first tag is (#237925) from the Silhouette Studio Store
It was supposed to have mittens, but I didn't cut them because
I had a Christmas tree I made a long time ago - it was in
my Stash bin as well - I know the embossing folder is called
Devine Swirls and I used my Clear Wink of Stella Pen on the
swirls and added some tiny clear adhesive gems -  I attached
it to the one side of the tag and added a glitter enamel star on top

Then I stamped my Sentiment in the white circle that was cut out
and attached it to the green scallop base - Placed it on the other side
of my tag and then added some crinkle ribbon & Trendy Twine
to Finish off this tag!

This tag is (#237937) from the Silhouette Studio Store -
I added some Gems to my snowflakes & used my
Clear Wink of Stella Pen on the snowflakes as well,  then attached
them to my tag - then stamped my sentiment and attached it
to its green frame then added dimensionals to the
back of it so it would pop up a little -
Added some Green Crinkled Ribbon and Trendy Twine
and it's all done!

Congratulations to Beth!!!

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
- Today is a SPECIAL Post -

As most of you know...
our sweet Crafty Friend BETH from Beth's Beauties
had a baby girl recently -

So the AWESOME Crew over at Trendy Twine
asked their Design team, a couple Alumni members and
some Guest Designers if they would like to
send some LOVE Beth's way and to Celebrate
her beautiful daughter Autumn -

So of course you know I was all on board to do that!!
I LOVE Beth and I couldn't be more happy for her and
her Family! :)

So, here's what I made to send to her -

I gotta tell ya... I went back to look and realized I hadn't made
a baby card in like almost 3 years!!! YIKES!!! I really had
to think about what I was going to do -

As you can tell, I did come up with something Cute & Sweet
just for a precious little girl!! The Watermelon Taffy Trendy Twine
was the PERFECT Combo of colors - It has Green, Pink, & White in it.
So versatile for baby cards and summer cards!

Trendy Twine - Hawaiian Gift Set

Hello and Happy Monday Crafty Friends!
I'm back again as the Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

Today I'm sharing a gift set I made for
one of my boys who has a Birthday next week!

My son is in the Marines and he's stationed in Hawaii -
So this set is PERFECT for him since he loves the water
and loves to play guitar! 😀

My card front was really easy to put together since it was an "extra"
I had lying around in one of my craft stash bags - The Orange cardstock &
designer paper/scallop edge was already put together when I found it.

The Surfer image was already colored too, it's from
Your Next Stamp and I colored him with Copic Markers
along time ago. The designer papers for my Card front are
from SU and are really old. I decided to use a Stitched
rectangle die to trim it down then I  wrapped some
Orange Limeade Trendy Twine around the front.

I then wanted my Surfer Dude to stand out a little more so
I found a scrap piece of that DP and used a stitched
circle die to place behind him. I popped the circle up with dimensionals.

While looking at the Choose Happy Stamp set
I found the "Mahalo" Word and thought that was PERFECT
for my card! I stamped it on a Stitched banner die with
some Momento Black ink.
I adhered the Card front to a piece of Orange Fun Foam
then attached it to my White Card base!

I LOVE how it looks and My son will love it!

Now I was ready to work on my tag! I found a little more of
that DP in my scrap pile and added it to an already cut out orange
tag I had in my Scrap bag! (nice way to use up those extras) we
all seem to have on hand! 😉

I wrapped a piece of Orange Limeade Trendy Twine
around my tag and added an orange stitched zig-zag border
piece (also found in my stash). Then stamped the CUTE Sentiment
stamps from the Choose Happy Set onto a
stitched white circle piece I found as well...

I attached it all to my tag then found some blue stars
I could also add - I really need to look at my
Scrap bag stashes more often! I have way too many
extra pieces lying around in my craft room! 😁

Then I wrapped more Orange Limeade Trendy Twine around the
Guitar top and attached the tag and made a double bow.

I thought you might like to see the guitar sucker I found
at my local 99¢ Store! It was the perfect match up to my card!
I've already mailed this set off to him - Hopefully, he'll
get it just in time for his Birthday!!!

Irish you a....

Hello and Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!
I hope you all had a Fabulous Weekend!
I spent my weekend crafting - Which was
really nice and I got to chat with a wonderful
Crafty Friend over the Phone! 🙋

As most of you know JADED BLOSSOM
brought back their Monthly Challenges -
One of my goals this year is to try and
participate in every monthly challenge they have!

In the past, I hadn't and I honestly forget
that there are challenges out there in blog land
I think we all get too caught up in life and
forget the little things that are fun for us -

Sooo, this months challenge is

I did struggle a little bit on this one
since I don't normally give out St. Patrick's
Day Treats - But this is what I made to play along --

I made a pillow treat box with tag

-- Jaded Blossom Products Used --

I thought it would be fun to put the Unicorn with
that adorable sentiment since Unicorns
are Magical! Am I Right??? LOL

Anyway, the pillow Box die I have is a Sizzix one
and I just cut 2 pieces out and adhered them together
to create the pillow box - The Designer Paper is from Doodlebug

My Unicorn is colored with some Spectrum Noir Markers
on some Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth Cardstock
That I Die cut out with my Brother Scan N Cut Machine

I added some Crinkled Yellow ribbon to the Tag and
tied a Jute Twine bow around it --

I adhered my tag to the front of my pillow
box and now I need to fill it with some candy!!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a FABULOUS DAY!!

Birthday Tag w/Distress Oxides

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Today's my day to take over the blog at:
YAY for me... 🙌

Today I thought I would share a Birthday
Tag that I made with some Distress Oxide Inks --

I thought I would try something different to me anyway --

I inked up a piece of Koh-I-noor water color paper with some
Distress Oxides in - Wilted Violet, Broken China, Cracked
Pistachio, & Antique Linen

Then I took the Music Background Stamp
and sprayed it with some water --
I then turned my stamp over and placed it on top of
my watercolor paper with the distress oxide already on it

And it gave it a really cool white water color image --
It's Subtle enough on my tag, that you can still see it --

I heat set my cardstock so I could use a Tag die & put it
through my Big Shot -- If your cardstock is still wet
it will ruin the cardstock & image (just an fyi)

I had extra balloon die pieces left over from this
Birthday Card I made last week, so I added them
to my tag --

Then I took another piece of black cardstock
and using my embossing buddy & versamark ink
Stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the
I heat embossed it with some fine white embossing powder
and die cut it out with a Stitched Banner Die

I popped it up with Dimensionals
Then added some Ice Cube Jewels, Ribbon & Twine
to finish my Tag off --

Here's a close up of my tag so you can see the
Music background - It's so NEAT!!
