Celebrate using my New E2....

Hello and Happy Friday Evening Everyone!
I hope you're having a wonderful Friday night!
I don't know where Mi-Mi's post is today.... So
I thought I would share a project I made using my
Brand New E2 Machine... I used one of the Pre-loaded
Cartridges that come with the machine... I hope ya like it!

Card stock, Ink, Stamps - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - MME (Lemon Twist) My new Fave!
Baker's Twine Assorted Colors
Cartridges - Just a Note (Exclusive to the E2 Machine)
(Banner Tri Fold Card w/Layers) 5 1/2"
Doodletype (Hunter) w/shadow 1"
I welded it in my Gypsy to get the letters
closer together to fit on the card

I made the Pocket Envelope so we can put
either money or a gift card inside it....
I cut the banner out 2x's one going
the reg. direction and the other I flipped
to fit on the inside of the card....

Cartridge - Birthday Bash (Balloons) Cut @ 2 3/4"
I used dimensionals to pop them up some....
(Presents) Cut @ 2 1/2"
Signo White Gel Pen

I made this for my 7 yr. old who's Birthday is next week....
Although My Oldest son's Birthday is tomorrow...
I have yet to get his card done! LOL
Don't worry I'll have it done tonight... :o)
Anyway I do hope you like it... I've also
decided to enter this into the Cricut Circle
blog Challenge.... Gift Card Challenge...
I've never entered any of them so far... so
I thought why not? :o)  I guess
I better get back to work now... See ya soon!
Have an AWESOME DAY!!!

Party Invites....

Hello and Happy Thursday Everyone!
I hope your week is turning out pretty
darn good! Mine... well... Let's see...
I have a lot of projects to get done and I
really haven't put any effort into doing them.... :o(
That's pretty bad! I have to make some Birthday
cards for my oldest son who will be 18yrs. old Saturday
and I need to make some Birthday cards for my youngest
son who will be 8yrs. old May 4th... I also haven't made
my Mom's Mother's Day card and I have to make a bunch of
High school Graduation Invitations for my oldest son.... Plus
I have several Birthday's this next month that I haven't done....
May is truly my busiest month of the year next to Christmas! LOL
I think the stress is why I haven't done it yet.... although you
all know I will get it done... but I'm feeling like a slacker
right about now! I also had to get a couple of Birthday Invites done
for my youngest son as well... I did get those done last night!
He asked me when he was about 6yrs. old if he could have
a sleep over... and I was like... ummmmm well I think you
need to be 8yrs. old for that! Well guess what!!! YESSS
he remember that faithful day! Soooo... He is going
to have a sleepover Birthday party! I'm only letting him
invite 3 of his friends over for the sleepover because I've
been through this kind of thing with 2 other boys and
know better! hahaha  Anyway here is the invitation
that I made for him to give to his 3 little friends! :o)

Card Stock, Ink - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - MME Lemon Twist (Love It)
Embossing Folder - Polka Dots Small (Cuttlebug)
Cartridges - Beyond Birthdays (You're Invited)
Cut @ 1 3/4" Reg. Feature & Shadow
Boys will Be Boys - (Wii Remote)
Cut @ 3 3/4" (2x's)
(Boyz) Cut @ 2"  (letter O cut out 2x's)
(Circle) Cut @ 3 1/2"

I wanted to show you the dimension I did add... I popped
up the Wii remote and the grey buttons for it... and I
popped up the letter O only... I just wanted to make some
things stand out a little more... I pre-designed this in my DS...
and I also did the inside but because our private
info is on it I chose not to show it! Well??
What do you guys think? I'm lovin' the MME Lemon Twist
paper and thought it would be perfect for this card...
Anyway I guess I better get back to work! LOL
I hope you all have an AWESOME Week/Weekend
and I'll see ya again on Monday! :o)

Gift box with scraps???

Hello and Happy Monday everyone!
I hope you all had a marvelous Easter Sunday!
We had lots and lots of rain... so the Egg Hunt was
done indoors... it seems we have them indoors every
year do to the weather here! Rain? Snow? That's
usually the only 2 options! LOL Any who... I made
something that I'm pretty proud of... so I thought I
would share it with all of you! :o) On Saturday night
I was checking out the Cricut Circle MB and they
had a challenge to use up some scraps on your project....
And I thought great cause I do like to use them and then
yesterday the other challenge on there was to use pastel
colors... Doesn't have to be Easter.... So I thought even better!!!!
Sooo This is what I made....

Yesss... a BOX! LOL.. Don't worry there's more to this box...
The Designer paper is scraps and so is almost all
the card stock...

This box took me forever to figure out...
I wanted to use it to put 3 x 3 Tags inside...
after several billion attempts... I managed to come
up with a size that worked for me... YEAAA!

Here are the 3 x 3 Gift Tags I made to put inside the box...
as you can see I just barely had enough Design flower Paper
to do a few these cards... I had a little more stripes... :o)

I even had made these envelopes!!! YES I DID!!
Another time consuming thing... trying to figure out
the right size I could use... I have lots, and lots
of white card stock with all my practice cuts/sizes! LOL
The paper for the envelopes are not scraps...
I had to use full 12 x 12 sheets for them....

And here is the whole set complete and in the box!
I LOVE how this turned out! Lots and lots of work
on my part.... Figuring out sizes but it turned out lovely
I think! :O) Here's the specks for this set....
Card stock, Ink, Stamps, Glitter Brad, - Stampin' Up
Ribbon - American Crafts & Stampin' Up
Designer paper - Ek Success (Flower, Strips), My Mind's Eye (Envelopes)
Flower Die - Tim Holtz Tattered Florals
Cartridges - Sweet treats (Cake) Cut @ 2 1/4"
Martha Stewart All Occasions - (Gift) Cut @ 2"
(Cupcake) Cut @ 2"
(Balloons) Cut @ 2 3/4"

I hope you guys like it as much as I do!
Don't forget to sign up for my Cartridge Giveaway... It
ends today!! :o) I'm also going to put this in the Challenges over at:

Birthday Sundaes - Create birthday gift packaging, party favor,
invitation, cupcake toppers/wrappers, banners,
treat boxes, etc. Anything for a Birthday Party!
This is a Gift tag set... So I think it should work
for their Challenge... :o)

Stinky Baby....

Hello and Happy Thursday everyone!
I hope you are all in good spirits today!
Today is my Monthly Card Swap and normally
I'm a procrastinator when it comes to getting these
cards done! WHY? Don't know.... But I am... USUALLY!
But today... I will shock you with the fact that they are DONE!
And.... I've had them done for over 2 weeks now! Yes my mother
is reading this in disbelief! HA HA! It's TRUE! Soooo normally
I don't post them until after the swap sooo nooo snoopy people
(AKA MOM) can see them until tonight! LOL
This months theme is Baby Card - your choice
(Girl) use only Brown, Pink, Green
(Boy) use only Green, Blue, Yellow
Neutral color is white... Yes this is easy....
That's because a lot of the card swap gals
are fairly new so I don't want to give them
to hard of a challenge to do! Yes I'm nice like that! LOL
Any who... Since they like to do mostly girly cards
I rather do boy ones... sooo here is my card for the swap!

Here are the speck's...
Card stock, Ink, Stamp, Blue Gingham Ribbon (Stampin' Up)
Punch - Martha Stewart
Everything else Nursery Tails (Cricut Imagine)
This is a 4 3/4" square Card and the layers are 1/4" smaller
Skunk Background & extra Skunk Cut @ 3"

Here is a side view to show the added Dimension...
I popped up the scenery and then popped up the skunk...
I had to make 17 of these cards... 16 for the swap and
(1) I always keep for myself.... Anyway I hope you
like it... I'm sure my friends at the swap will cause
none of them have an Imagine! I'm probably the
only one in this town with one... and that's ok with me! :o)
I'll be back here on Monday!!!
Oh and before I forget... I hope everyone has
a blessed EASTER!!! :o)

How is everyone doing today?
It's been an interesting week so far and
I've just been preparing for my trip...
Can't wait to get on the open road
and hopefully go somewhere warmer.... :o)
Here is today's project! :o)

OK... I have to admit... I think this came out soooo
stinkin' CUTE! tehehehe here's the specks!

Card Stock, Ink, Word Stamp, Punches - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - DCWV
Purple Gingham - My Stash

Cartridge - Sugar & Spice (Wagon) Cut @ 2 1/2" (2x's)

same thing as I did with yesterdays Easter Card...
I cut out the wagon and glued it down to the card....

next Wednesday... My sister Mi-Mi should
be here to show you some of her creations!
