Trendy Baker's Twine - Flip Flops

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This month they are featuring Classic Navy Trendy Twine

I created a Fun Summertime Card --

What do ya think of my Flip Flops??

The Flip Flop die set I'm using is from Stamps of life

I put adhesive on a small piece of white cardstock then proceeded to
add the Classic Navy trendy twine across it in rows - once I got
enough twine on I put the flip flop dies on it and put it through
my Sizzix machine - They cut out beautifully -

I used navy cardstock for the top portion of the flip flops,
then I used some designer paper for the flowers that sit
on top of the flip flops!

I'm using a Digital Image called: Summer Days Digital Cluster
The DP is from Recollections (Pool-Riffic) 6x6 pad
I've got some Doodlebug Sprinkles on my card and I'm
using a stitched rectangle frame die from MCT

Of course, I had to dress up the inside for ya too!
I used some Navy Cardstock for the Flip Flop and then
I die cut out the strap to the Flip Flop with some Classic
Navy Trendy Twine and then added the flower on top of that!

The Sentiment stamp is from Annie's Paper Boutique

It's called SMILE

it has such SWEET sentiments and I love the
variety - This is a must-have for crafters!

Cards for Co-Workers....

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
We made it through the first week of school! Wahoo!

I'm so glad it's the weekend - I think I'm going to
pull out my Fall stuff this weekend and just chill -
I've been seeing the Start of Pumpkin Spice stuff
at the stores... I'm so excited!! Bring on FALL!!! LOL

You guys know I work at a school and I'm always making
cards for Birthdays & Thank You's - So here are a couple
of cards, I created using my Silhouette Program -

These turned out lovely and quick to make!
The Watercolor Floral Frame design is from the Silhouette Store (#294123)

I printed it out twice on a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 Neenah Solar White Cardstock
and sprayed it with some Acrylic Sealer Spray -
Then I used a Stitched Frame Die cut from MCT

I used Fun Foam for added Dimension on both cards -
Cardstock is from Stampin Up in Teal & Coral Pink
I grabbed a scrap of some DCWV Glitter CS to die cut a small
stitched heart - The Clear Gem is from Stampin' Up
I sprayed this card with some Sheer Shimmer Sparkle Spritz
and the Sentiment stamp is from SSS (Birthday Bits)

On this one, I added the Thanks Die (Cut 3x's) from MFT
The Sentiment is also from MFT (Kind Thanks)
I die cut a tiny stitched heart out of teal and added
a couple more clear adhesive gems

These will be perfect cards for work!

Lotus frame rainbows...

Happy, Happy Wednesday Everyone!
School is back in session and I'm busier
than ever! We got more students this year
which is great for the school but also hard for me -

The more kids, the more messes! LOL
I guess that just means Job Security!!! Wahoo!
They also hired my son Hunter! YAY!! He's a huge
help and I'm so grateful that he's working with me!

Now, onto today's cards! Cards? Does
that mean you made 2 cards Theresa??
Why, Yes! Yes, it does!! Using that beautiful
Rainbow design I shared last Thursday!! YAY!!

OMGOSH! I used that BEAUTIFUL Diagonal Stitched Cover plate die!! (SWOON)
Seriously I love it! It adds so much with little effort!

So I took what I had left of the rainbow designed yupo paper
and cut it in 1/2 to work with this lovely SSS Lotus Frame die
The Lotus frame die was cut out 6 times (3 for each card) layered
on top of each other for added dimension -

The hint of black cardstock behind the rainbow/frame
really makes the colors POP!

Sentiments stamps are from MFT (More Essential Sentiments)
& Dreamerland Crafts (Birthday Sentiments 2)

The Slanted banner die is from MFT
I've got some Doodlebug Sprinkles on both cards
And they are both popped up with Fun Foam

I'm entering my cards into the Pedals for The Pittman's Linky Party

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a Fantastic Day!!

it together and then added some Doodlebug Designer Papers to dress it up - 😉

They are Print N Cut Images (#60968)

The Stitched Tag & Pow die is from MCT (Super Tag Dies)

I'm using the Biggie Candy Chutes for my Cookies & Cream Kisses

Rainbow Yupo Birthday

Hello and Happy Thursday everyone!
A while ago I watched a Jennifer McGuire
video on the Alcohol pearl inks - Which I own of course 😉
She was showing different ways to color on yupo paper

So, of course, I tried out a bunch of crazy designs -
I'm sure you can imagine that I have a stack sitting here
on my desk that I need to get used up on some cards

So this last week I went ahead and used only
1 of the sheets I designed! What only 1?
What is wrong with you Theresa? Don't know?
I promise I'll use them! 😊

Anywho - the one sheet I did use I got to make
3 cards out of it! WHAT? 3 cards! Why yes I did!

alcohol pearl inks in a rainbow design

It looks so cool and shimmery in real life!
You guys know I'm heading back to work
which means I need Birthday cards for the Staff -

you really be in love with a die? Well... I AM!!! I've made 4 cards using this
awesome die! (At least you know I'm getting my monies worth!) 😂😂

Here is the inside of course... I even sliced a piece of the yupo paper
