Trendy Twine - Water Bottle Pocket...

Hello and Happy Thursday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as the Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!
This is SADLY my last post! I've enjoyed my time
on the Trendy Twine blog and hope I inspired
you to make some Fun Summer Time Creations!

Since it's my last post I thought I would share
a fun Water Bottle Pocket Gift idea!

I made a couple of these to give out to my co-workers - We could
ALL use some H2O During the Summer! Am I right?

I found this Bottle Label Tag in my stash of Extras!
I guess I was planning on using them at some point
so they were already cut out for me! (Nice) I got the
SVG file from the Silhouette store (#22157)

And then I found some Older Bo Bunny Summertime
paper in my stash and cut the pieces down to size for
layering on my Bottle Tag & pocket.

I wanted to attach a couple of "To Go" Tea packets, so I grabbed my
Jaded Blossom Stitched Ticket Book die and cut it out of matching
Bo Bunny Summertime paper - It fits in the pocket perfectly!
I adhered the Tea packets with my ATG Gun and they held up just fine!

Then I wanted to add a simple Sentiment so I grabbed
the Choose Happy Stamp Set and stamped my sentiment
right onto a stitched banner Tag.

Here's a Close up of the Orange Limeade Trendy Twine
Wrapped around the top part of the Water
Bottle Holder and I added a Triple Bow for the Finishing touch!

These are great to have on hand at Barbeques
or picnics with Family and Friends!

Happy Butterfly Heart....

Hello & Happy Wednesday Everyone!
How's your week going? Mine is Crazy busy -
School starts back up in 2 1/2 weeks! YIKES!
I've been cleaning like crazy trying to get the school
in order - Teachers keep Popping in (Driving me Nuts)
and Stressing me out! Everyone wants their room done!

Ummm... I know this already and can only clean so fast!
It's not like we have a huge staff of cleaners roaming the building
It's just ME and my Son - THAT'S IT!!

So, I ask them to be patient and
tell them to come back to school on
Aug. 1st - That gives them 2 weeks to get their
stuff in order and hopefully I might get a small break
before school starts! Geesh!

I'm actually looking forward to school starting -
I feel like that's when my vacation starts! hahaha

Anywho ... can you tell I'm stressed?? 😨

I made a couple of Birthday cards for the staff
I thought you might like to see them-

I made a 2 for 1 card! I like those! How about you?

I'm using some Tim Holtz Watercolor paper and Distress Inks
Squeezed Lemonade, Peacock Feather, Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet
I'm also using the Butterfly Heart Stamp from Victorine Originals

I heat embossed the Butterfly Heart first with some Fine White
Embossing Powder - Then I did the Smooshing Technique
I Let my Acrylic block sit longer on my watercolor
paper so it could give it the vibrant color that you see -
I let it dry completely before I cut it in 1/2 to make 2 cards -

Then I took another piece of White cardstock and colored it
in the same colors (Blending them this time) So I could
Die Cut those Stitched butterflies to match -

The backgrounds on both cards were made using the Distress Spray Stains
Mowed Lawn, Blueprint Sketch, Mustard Seed, & Wilted Violet

I added some Black strips behind the main image
and then die cut a couple of stitched banners out and
used some white embossing powder on the Happy Birthday
Sentiments - Then I added some Clear Adhesive gems
Popped both up with fun foam onto white card bases -

I also wanted to remind YOU

July Christmas Wishes...

Hello & Happy Thursday Everyone!
Today's my day to take over the blog at:

I thought I would share a Christmas in July Card -

I've added lots of Glitter to this card -
The best part is  - None of it will fall off! YESSS!!

Don't ya just hate Glitter that falls off a card? I DO!!! 😋

I've got an assortment of Glitter Nuvo drops on my trees
and Glitter Washi Tape in Red & green between the candy cane Strips

I'm using the Polka Dotted Christmas Tree Stamp from Victorine Originals
I stamped it out 2x's in Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide ink and Fussy
Cut them out - Using Dimensionals to pop the one tree up
in front of the other one --
Then I stamped the Candy Cane Border from the
Christmas Borders Set (10508) in Candied Apple Distress Oxide ink
I laid my glitter washi tape down then cut down my white card front

I added the Christmas Wishes sentiment on the lower left side
of my card front with some Momento Tuxedo Black Ink

Then I adhered a piece of fun foam behind my white card front and
then adhered it down to a Hunter Green Card Base -

Of course, I fancied up the inside as well! I added a couple
of strips of the glitter washi tape and
Stamp sentiment with some more Memento Black ink

Dreaming Tree was kind enough to let each of us pick a file to use for this

The Designer Papers I went with came from my Wonderful
Crafting Friend LISA - A Mermaid's Crafts

She sent me this BEAUTIFUL Christmas Paper called

The card came together pretty easily with every cut & Layer -
I added some Sheer Sparkle Shimmer Spritz (cuz who doesn't
Like Sparkle at Christmas time?) 😁
I added a couple of Stitched Tags from Jaded Blossom (Mini Tags 2)
and the sentiment stamp is from Papertrey Inks (Mixed Messages) Set

Of course, I HAD to add a little Bling - Gems are from KasierKrafts
And I added some Pretty Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine

Of course, I'm gonna share the inside with you as well!!
As you can see the layering I did inside my card too and I added
another sentiment from My Craft Spot to complete
this card and add it to my ever-growing Christmas Card Stash!!!
