Trendy Twine Santa Treat

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This is my last Month as Guest Host and I really hope
I've shared some fun ways to use Trendy Twine on your projects!

This month they are featuring Christmas Mint Trendy Twine

Such a YUMMY Color Combo!!!

School gets out in a couple of days for us, and I
needed another last-minute treat for another  co-worker
so I created this -

I love how the candy treat matches the Santa Topper!

This came together pretty quickly - I used a Ric Rac Topper Die I have and
a Santa Story Book Die I have, a Stitched Circle die, and a Stitched banner
die - I put the pieces together the way I liked and then I grabbed
a fun sentiment stamp from the Merry & Bright Stamp Set and
heat embossed that in black -
I stapled the topper to my treat and then tied some Christmas Mint Twine
around one corner then made a tiny bow with it -

Super CUTE and I can't wait to give this to my friend!

Trendy Twine Chevron Treat bag

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This is my last Month as Guest Host and I really hope
I've shared some fun ways to use Trendy Twine on your projects!

This month they are featuring Christmas Mint Trendy Twine

Such a YUMMY Color Combo!!!

Since Christmas is just around the corner, I thought
I would make a yummy treat for a Co-Worker!

It's a Shaker!!! EEK! I love making shakers!!! :)

I started out by grabbing a Red Chevron Treat bag and filling it with some
yummy chocolates, then I grabbed my Mitten Shaker die set and
cut out the mittens in white cardstock then I
stamped some snowflakes on them in red and green ink -

I made one layer the shaker element using some assorted
holiday sequins from my stash and then I added the
Sentiment using the Merry & Bright Stamp set -

I wanted the sentiment to POP, so I used black heat embossing
Then I wrapped some Christmas Mint Twine around the trim
of both mittens - then attached it to my Chevron treat bag -

I decided to dress it up a little more by adding a bow on the shaker mitten
and at the top of the other mitten -

Super CUTE and I can't wait to give this to my friend!

Trendy Twine - Elegant Ornament

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!
This is my last Month as Guest Host and I really hope
I've shared some fun ways to use Trendy Twine
on your projects! So let's get started!!! :)

This month they are featuring Christmas Mint Trendy Twine

Such a YUMMY Color Combo!!!
I Love this for the holidays!

Since Christmas is just around the corner, I thought
I would make an ornament!

This ornament turned out so pretty and shimmers on my tree!

I bought a clear ornament bulb from the $ store and thought
I could dress it up with my twine - So I started out by
painting on some Mod podge to my clear ornament
and then just adding the Christmas Mint Twine on top
of that. I continued the process until I got all the way to the bottom
Once that was done, I let it sit to dry completely (it didn't take long)
and then I spritzed my ornament with some sparkle sheer shimmer spray -

After that dried for a few minutes, I tied a strip of the Mint Twine
around the very top part of the bulb and added 2 small gold bells to the ends -
Then I found some glittery flowers in my stash
and attached them to the top with some hot glue -

I really do like how my ornament turned out - it looks very elegant

Noel....

Hello and Happy Monday Everyone!
How was your Thanksgiving?
Mine was wonderful! I had a blast hanging
out with my sister and my nieces -

We played games and talked (a lot) LOL
I'll get to see them again in a few short weeks
for Christmas time - I'm looking forward to that long break!

Let's just get right into today's project!

Super Quick & Easy Holiday Cards!

I know some of you are procrastinators and that's okay!
This project is perfect for you! You know who you are! (Wink Wink)

These are Digital cards that I created in about 5 - 7 minutes
using my Silhouette program -

The images are from the Silhouette store and I
just resized them to fit what I wanted - I flipped
one of them to give it a different look -

Once they were printed out I sprayed them with an
acrylic sealer then I die cut the images out with
a stitched rectangle die - I added some fun foam for dimension
then attached them to grey card bases - I adhered a couple
of gems and called it done!

Have a Beautiful Day!!

May your Days be...

Hello & Happy Friday Everyone!
We are 1 week closer to Thanksgiving! YAY!
I'll be heading to my sisters this next week and
enjoying some Family time with her and my nieces!

Do you guys have any plans for Thanksgiving???
Family coming to visit? or are you going to see them?
Are you cooking? Or just bringing some yummy sides to the gathering?

Me? I'll be cooking the turkey! Apparently...
my sister has NEVER cooked a turkey before! I was
a bit surprised by that! She's older than I am (not by much)
but I've cooked several turkeys throughout my life and was
shocked to find out that she's never ever cooked one!

So, of course, I offered to do it, since I have some skills! hahahaha
She's in charge of buying the pies! Yup...
She doesn't bake pies either! LOL
I think it'll still be fun and can't wait to go see her! 😁

In the meantime, I made another holiday card to share -

I'm using the leftovers from Last weeks card -

Trendy Twine Grateful treat...

Hello and Happy Wednesday Crafty Friends!
I'm back as Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!

This month they are featuring Orange Truffle Trendy Twine

So PERFECT for Fall & Thanksgiving!!

I decided to make a treat for Thanksgiving Day -

This one turned out so Elegant!

I started out by grabbing a Mini Kraft Treat Bag and then
used my embossing buddy all over it -
Then I grabbed a leaf stamp from my stash & some versamark ink
and stamped the bag - I put copper embossing powder
all over the image and heat set it -
It turned out so lovely -
I found a piece of designer paper that looked like wood
and stamped a sentiment & embossed it in the copper embossing powder
then I pulled out 2 glittery leaves from my embellishments and
adhered the sentiment banner and leaves to my bag -

Then I grabbed a mini Clothespin and attached it to the
top of my bag to keep it closed and made a lovely
bow with the Truffle Twine then adhered the bow to the clothespin

This is going to look so lovely on my table for Thanksgiving
I made enough for the couple of people that will be here -

The Kraft treat bag is from Annie's Paper Boutique
