Winner.... Winner.... Chicken Dinner!

Hello and Happy Wednesday Everyone! I was busy at work today
so I didn't have time to post the winner this morning
of my Birthday Giveaway! But now....

I went to Random.org and the number was #8 which was:

TANYA/NONNA

YAY! Congrats Tanya!!! Send me an e-mail with
your address so I can get this sent off to you!!!
THANKS so much for your Birthday Wishes...

I had an interesting Birthday....

The same weekend of my Birthday we had
to move one of my boys to Arizona....
Soooo.... I ended up cooking my Birthday dinner...
Which I did ahead of time.... thinking they'll
put it in the oven and all would be good.... RIGHT?

NOPE! My kids were loading up our
trailer with my sons things... after I cooked
my dinner.... They had to go back out and pack
up the trailer some more since we were leaving
at 5am the next morning.... And I needed to be back
that same day because I still have a 10yr. old at
home who wanted to have Easter! :o)

It was one of those weekends you just chalk up
to... Oh Well... Maybe next year type of things! HA!

Anyway.... Have a great evening....
I've got some pictures to take of some of
my projects and I should have something
posted by tomorrow....

Congrats again Tanya! :o)

Easter card I made awhile back... With Easter next week
I thought the least I could do was share 1 more project with ya!

Home Decor Project!

Hello Everyone! Sorry I've been MIA again... Work has been busy
and I've been working on some Home Décor Projects.... I did
finish my MIL's Cards and mailed them to her... She hasn't called
yet so I'm not sure if she liked them???? But once I had finally finished
those card... I really wanted to focus on something else... You saw my last
post with my Wood Décor Project.... I made some cute wooden Easter eggs
and something else which I'm gonna show you now.... I'm so excited
with how it turned out... Let's hope you like it too! :o)

Doesn't this look AWESOME!!! :o)

I'm so excited with how it turned out!
I made a simple Tutorial to show how it was
made... just in case someone might want to make one!

First.... You'll need a 12" Styrofoam or bigger or smaller
Depending on what size you really want... Mine is 12"

Then you'll need some pins... I have 200 of them....

Then you'll need some Burlap cut into squares....
Mine were cut at 4 1/2 x 4 1/2

I purchased a bag of Dowels for future use.... I only needed
1 and I trimmed it down some....

I started off by placing my dowel in the center
so I knew where NOT to place the burlap pieces...

Then I just mixed my colors all the way around the
Styrofoam circle.... You take 1 square and fold up the
2 ends then fold in the other ends then place a pin through
it onto the Styrofoam.... I hope that makes sense... :o)

After I got all the Burlap on... I took some paint and
painted the dowel.... While it was drying I....

Used the Print & Cut Feature on my Cameo
to print out this CUTE Ducky from the Silhouette Store
Designer is Stinkin' Cute Cuttables....
I made 4 of them... 2 for the front & 2 for the back side
of my wreath.... I used Dimensionals to "POP" them up....

And here's my CUTE Ducky attached to the Dowel....
I used a hot glue gun to attach the Ducky and
to glue the dowel in the hole I made at the beginning
of this tutorial.... I had a white ribbon on another
wreath I made... and thought that looked the best on
this wreath.... So there you have it!

I Found the Styrofoam, Burlap, Dowels,
Pins, & Paint All at Walmart!
Just thought I would let you know! :o)

I'm Entering this 3D Project into the
Following Challenges:

Silhouette America Blog - Spring Theme or Color Scheme
Little Scrap Pieces - Show it off Saturday Linky Party
3 Girl Jam - All things Spring (Must have Ribbon)
Craftin Desert Divas - Anything Goes
