cut it out on my regular machine at this rate! LOL
I even made a gypsy file for it so I could cut it out...

I hope you all had a great weekend!
Mine was busy, busy trying to get all 66 cards
done before Sunday! And I DID IT! Yahoo
for me! :o) I had a blast at my crop til you drop

And I only dropped then because I didn't want to be the only
person there keeping the wonderful store owner up any longer! LOL
Unfortunately I didn't get my other card done... the one I told ya
about that I designed for the Cricut Cardz Challenge and had to
change it because it wouldn't have fit into the color challenge...
But I will have it posted this week for sure! I have it designed so
that part is over I just need to pick some paper and cut...
Sooo, I'm hoping today will be that day... I guess we shall see if
time permits... My youngest is home today sick AGAIN!  I kept
him home last Wednesday cause he was real sick.... it was like
some kind of Stomach flu bug???? Then I sent him to school
the next day cause he was fine and now he has a fever and
a runny nose and a terrible cough... I'm Like WHAT????
And I'm sure his teacher is thinking that too... But I won't
send a sick kid to school so home it is! :o)

Picturesque sorrow....

Hello and Happy Thursday Everyone!
Where has the time gone? It's already
coming to the end of the week... I have
been busy trying to get my cards ready for
tomorrow night... I'm also getting my hair
done today which cuts into my preparing time! LOL
I've got everything cut I think! And I started inking
stuff last night and probably all of today as well.... I'm
just one of those gals who likes to have everything ready
to go so all I'll have to do is put it together... Easy Peasy.... RIGHT?
Not always of course.... I've prepared 66 cards for the crop...
And there are a couple I still wanted to cut and prepare but
I don't think that's gonna happen.... Oh well... more work for
me next week.... no biggy! :o) And my friend Sharon left
me a question in the comment section about the
other card I designed first but didn't work for
yesterdays challenge... She asked if you guys
will get to see it? I hope so! I was trying to
get that one cut but no time so far... I should
have it posted for ya on Monday though...
That's what I'm shooting for... and who knows
maybe I'll be lucky and it fits into a couple
of challenges! LOL Boy that would be AWESOME! :o)
I'll just keep dreaming on that one! :o) Here's my card for today!

Card Stock, Ink, Stamp, Scallop Border Punch - Stampin' Up

Happy Day Card....

Hello and Happy Monday Everyone!
I hope you all had a Marvelous weekend!
I did a few things here and there..... mostly
played with my new toy! I broke down and
bought the Cricut Imagine! I just couldn't resist
the great sale they offered on it... Well... Technically
my Hubby said to just get it as my Birthday Present...
My Birthday is next month and he figured with the
price they offered and my Cricut Circle member discount
it was well worth the price and it may never get that low again!
So I ordered it and I even have a spot for it... For now that is! :o)
Still not a fan of the ink cartridges they use... 3 in 1 ink cartridges are
not my favorite type of ink cartridges... but it prints and cuts
nicely!  :o) At least I know I'm not the only one who got this machine!
My sister miislucky (Mi-Mi) also got this machine...
Sooo, I'm pretty sure you will see projects from
both of us using this new TOY! :o) For now here is
a project using my FAVORITE tool my CRICUT EXPRESSION!

Photo Frame Welded...

Hello and Happy Wednesday Everyone!
Boy... I've missed ya! :o) Well I'm back from
my trip up North and I was actually without a computer the
entire time.... I think I was having withdrawals... :o)
I 'm glad I went to check out the school my son will
be attending in the fall and help him look for an apartment
as well.... They had some really nice places and some not so
nice places.... I'm sure you all can relate to that! :o) We then
went further North to get some much needed shopping done...
And not the crafting kind I would have liked to do but shopping
none the less! We even stopped for my Husband to get his eyes
examined... After his test he was not happy to hear what the
Optometrist had to say.... He needs Bifocals!!! Yes I said it and
he's not gonna be happy I wrote that... but it's the truth! He thinks
because he needs them that he's getting OLD! I laughed of course because
that is soooo not true... My husband has always had poor vision and knowing
that he need Bifocals really didn't surprise me... I'm just glad it will help him
to read items better... My son and I had to tease him of course... It was just fun
to watch him get all upset over glasses... To me that's nothing compared to all
the medical issues he has faced over the last 7 years.... So this is a walk in the park!
I'm gonna dedicate this post to him! I made a home decor project last week
and I wanted to post it to show you... Here it is and I hope you like it! :o)

Can you believe it... I used my GYPSY on this project!
I know, I know, SHOCKER! For me to! LOL
Any who... here's the specks:

Cartridges - George & Basic Shapes
(Shane & Rectangle Shape)
Lacy Labels (Shape #5 on keypad)
Happy Hauntings (Backside stand)
Shift, Layer 1

Here is a side view for ya, to see the stand in action!
I used chipboard for the frame and stand
Got it from the back of a DCWV stack!
Designer Paper is the NEW My Mind's Eye
Stella & Rose (Gertie)

Here is the back to show you that I took Shane's
name and flipped it in the designer paper...
I didn't want any chipboard to show, so I also covered
the back and the stand as well....
The picture is 4x6 and it's a picture of
Shane from our cruise we took a couple of years ago!

Well... that's it for me today! I gotta get 16 cards
done for my card swap tomorrow... Yes I know I'm
a SLACKER!!! But trust me... it will get done! :o)
Thanks for stopping by and thanks everyone for
leaving me comments... I so enjoy reading them! :o)
Have an AWESOME DAY!!!
