Banner Birthday.....

Hello and Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
I know I did... I had a very busy week last week trying to get a whole bunch of
cards created for my Crop til ya drop.... I told you my goal was to get 16 sets
of 4 cards each done.... Well I didn't get 16 sets of 4 done... I did get 14 sets of
4 cards each done instead! I was really close to getting the 16 done but had a few
snags along the way and settled for the 14 sets! I got them all completed by about
4am... Which is about the same as last months crop.... After I finished them I went
to do some shopping for more paper.... It's not like I really needed the paper.. But
I LOVE PAPER! Sooo I picked up some of the New My Mind's Eye Line (Caroline)
It really is some pretty paper and I can't wait to create some cards with this line.....
It really was a lot of fun hanging out with my friends and chatting all night long!
I got home about 5:30am and I normally can't sleep right away after the crop so
I stayed up til about 7am doing some Internet shopping..... I know, I know....
I'm crazy! But one of my Friends (Elaine) has been creating her projects
with the really cool Velvet Paper by SEI.... and her cuts are soooo
cute with this paper.... so I decided I needed to get some of that paper....
I'm gonna cut out some really CUTE things with it once it gets here....
And I'll show ya what I'm talkin' about! This way you won't think I'm
toooo crazy for staying up and ordering it for my projects! LOL
Speaking of projects... Here's today's card for ya!

I LOVE using Banners in my projects! And I seem to
keep running back to the same cartridge over and over again!
The cartridge I'm talkin' about is the Art Philosophy Cartridge!
It really has AWESOME cuts to enhance anything you
make! Sooo if you don't have this cartridge... you really should
look into getting it... Remember I don't work for Provo Craft...
This is just my opinion! :o) Here's how simple I made this card:

Card stock (Green & Black), Stamp (Cupcake), Ink, Pens, Glitter - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - Bubblegum Stripes Imagine Cartridge
Banner Cuts - Art Philosophy Cartridge (3/4" x 5")
Scallops - Lacy Labels Cartridge (2 1/2")
I used Yellow Stickles on the flame and
I used a little glitter on the cupcake frosting for a
little sugary sparkle! :o)

Well that's all I have for today! Thanks soooo much for stopping by!
I'll be back on Wednesday with my Cricut Cardz Challenge card!
Have an AWESOME DAY EVERYONE!!!!

Theresa
