Flying By....

Hello and Happy Thursday Everyone! Boy what a week....
I'm already exhausted from this first week back to work...
I can't wait for Friday to arrive.... I swear it's like everyone
just decided to CLEAN during the holiday break.... cuz I've
gotten sooo much stuff donated it's ridiculous! I mean it's great
for the store... but when you're the only one doing the sorting and
separating and pricing it becomes a lot of work and sometimes a
bit overwhelming! ;o(

My back room is soooo full right now.... That
I'm just asking myself... Am I going to get this done? I'm guessing I will
but it's gonna take some time... and I'm gonna do it without trying
to kill myself hurrying in the process.... I think I've pulled a few things
that I shouldn't have... But I'll keep takin' something for the pain and
press on and hope I get some type of donation reprieve so I can
get this mess caught up first before the next big donation! :o)

Sorry bout' all the talk of my job.... but who else am I gonna talk too?
I know it's not what you came here for so let's show ya
what I've made to share! :o)

You're not gonna believe this... but I actually used
my CRICUT to create this card! Say What???
Yup... I've had the Creative Cards Cartridge since it
first came out and I've Never Ever Used It! I know
soooo sad... Right?
Well, when I was deciding on cards to make for my MIL
I thought I would pull out a couple
of my cartridges that I haven't used or haven't used in
a really long time.... So here ya go! :o)

Card stock, Ink, Gem, Stamped Sentiment - Stampin' Up
Designer Paper - MME
Card Design - Creative Cards Cartridge
Button - Papertrey Ink
Twine - The Twinery

I really do like how it came out.... It was simple to
put together once I decided on what paper to use! LOL

Thanks so much for stopping by and reading my crazy
week so far at work... I hope you all have an
AWESOME DAY!!!!

Beautiful card my friend! I love the shape and soft, pretty papers you used. That little bird is very sweet. Don't work yourself too hard and keep finding some time to create!

So glad you make time to create a little. This card is really pretty. Love the papers you used. The bird is a wonderful cut. I know what you mean about using the Cricut. I still have trouble with the fact that I'd rather use my Portrait. OMG, did I just say that out loud? lol

This is so pretty, Theresa!! I LOVE those papers you've used! Picking papers is always the most time consuming aspect of crafting for me too.

Too funny that I just get a Silhouette and you pull your Cricut out again! I'm loving my Silhouette but do still plan to use the Cricut too.

I hope things are getting sorted at work. Last week was crazy for me too - but in a different way. It was the first week of the new semester and it was INSANE. I survived - and I'm glad you did too!!
