Just for you!

Hello & Happy Monday Everyone!
I hope you all had a Fabulous Weekend!
I spent my time crafting a bunch of things &
I got time to talk to my Marine on the phone!
That was the biggest highlight of the weekend!
I was so happy to hear his voice - he's doing great
and will be heading off to school very soon! :)

I made a couple of girly gifts over the weekend -
My son's teacher has a Birthday coming up and
wants to have a party with her class - she's celebrating
everyone's birthday - so she asked if we could help
by sending in a couple of gifts under $5 ea.

Well, I'm always up for helping the teacher out -
so, I'm sharing 2 of the gifts I got with a little
crafty help of course! :)

I'm using the Sweet Afton file from the Silhouette Store
(#79725)
I did have to enlarge mine due to the size
of the nail polish bottles - they're a little wider than
an average bottle! :)

I also realized after I placed the butterfly paper down that
I put it upside down! UGH! Little bummed about that -
but I ain't changing it! :)

So each caddie holds 2 nail polishes - I thought these
would make great gifts for the girls in his class -

Cardstock - American Crafts, Georgia Pacific
Designer Paper - Echo Park (Spring)
Just for you Font - Chalk Paint

I love the papers you used...when the box is opened, the butterfly paper is right side up (I wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't said anything)!! Gorgeous job my friend!! I love the colors of the polish, too!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)

I wouldn't have even noticed that the butterflies were upside down if you hadn't said they were, I had to scroll back up to see!!! Have a great week my friend!!!! :)

I know you loved getting to talk with your son! No matter how old they are or how long they have been away from home, it always wonderful to hear their voice!

Theresa, these are absolutely darling and it's so sweet of you to help out! (Not surprising in the least!) These are gorgeous and oh-so-sweet! I love the cut files and of course your paper choices for them. I did not even notice about the paper.. all I saw was sweet butterfly love. :o) This is such a wonderful gesture and will be appreciated by so many! You are always a blessing. :o) I'm glad you were able to talk to your sweet Marine... I can always feel the love at the mere mention. :o) Have a wonderful day, my fabulous friend!

Hugs and blessings,
Karen

I totally love your girly gifts! Who wouldn't want some fun nail polish all wrapped up in fun box, especially with Spring right around the corner! No worries on the upside down butterflies, it still looks awesome! So happy you were able to touch base with your son, only a mother can feel so much joy over these small moments! It always makes my day when I get to text, call or FaceTime with my daughter who away at college!

How wonderful that you got to speak with your son!! Yay!!

Your little nail polish packages are such great gifts! How fun! I didn't even notice the butterflies until I read about them - so no worries.

Thanks for popping by to help me dust off my blog. :)
