Jo's Scrap Shack Blog-aversary HOP!!!!

"Welcome to Jo's Scrap Shack's 5th blogaversary birthday celebration hop!" In honor of celebrating 5 wonderful years, Jo has an amazing two day blog hop lined up with 18 talented designers, several sponsors,  some of which; are among the top companies in the industry and lots of blog candy! So share this news with your crafty friends, grab your favorite beverage and hop along with us! If you want to start at the beginning of the hop, go visit Jo's Scrap Shack. But you should have come from Margaret's Blog and if you did, you are right on track with the hop!"

Since Tomorrow is my youngest son's Birthday!
Yup - He'll be turning 14 tomorrow! 😁
I thought I would make something for him!

I made him a Card & Treat box! --
He recently decided that he wants to play the guitar...
So I thought this was cool & fitting for him!

I totally LOVE how cool my card came out! I started off
by deciding what type of paper I was going to use - I chose to use
some Digital Paper from Meredith Cardall - the collection
is called (JohnnyB Goode) Which can be found at
Snap Click Supply - I designed my card in my Silhouette Program
Picking and Choosing what elements I wanted to add -
After designing it - I printed out all the pieces and
used my Cameo to cut each image out -

** Other Supplies Used on my Card **

Stitched Card Mat Die - My Creative Time (Stitched Rect. Dies & More)
Med. Stitched Card Mat Die - Craftin Desert Diva's (Fancy Frames)
Stitched Chevron Die - My Creative Time (Tag Die Layers)
"Party Like a..." sentiment is Computer Generated (Font) - LD Quiver Bold
Cardstock - Papertrey Ink, Bazzill
Screw Brad - Oriental Trading

This is what the inside of my card looks like -
I try to incorporate some of the outside
elements into the inside - just to complete the look!

The treat box is a Die I got off of Ebay -
I die cut it 2x's and adhered the
2 pieces together - Super Simple!
I then added some Digital DP from the same collection
as the card to dress it up!
I have a gift card and some yummy candies
inside just for him! 😄

** Other Supplies Used on my Treat Box **

Cardstock - Stampin' Up, Papertrey Ink, Bazzill
Blue Twine - My Mind's Eye
Stitched Tag Die set - My Creative Time (Just Tags)
Stitched Chevron Die - My Creative Time (Tag Die Layers)
Adhesives Used on both projects - Super Tape, Zots,
ThermOweb, ATG, Dimensionals
Silhouette Machine, Big Shot, Printer
Assorted inks for shading

It wouldn't be a Hop if I too wasn't going to give
something away!! YAY!

***These are the simple rules for winning
any of the prizes during the hop ***

To be eligible to win the prizes, you need to be a follower of all our blogs & leave a comment on all of our blogs. Jo will be selecting winners randomly from different blogs.
