with my weekly Christmas card to share -

I feel like I'm actually getting the hang of making them.

I don't feel stressed when making one and it's actually

been a lot of fun! :) Maybe you should try it and see if

it works for you! :)

I have to admit - I did make this card in Dec. 2016! I actually

sent it off to a wonderful crafty friend! :) 

 Because I liked the design so much - I thought I would make

another one for this year! :) Thank goodness for

my Silhouette Machine & SAVE button! hahaha

It's the middle of the week and 1 day closer

can't keep letting the gray hairs show through! hahaha

for the staff at the Elementary School I work for

and today's card is just for one of them! :)

Hello & Happy Tuesday Everyone!

How was your weekend? Did you get

3 days off to enjoy some Fun time? 

Me? Well, I had planned to bake.... 

but that didn't happen... Oh well... ;) 

I did get in my craft room &

 I made a couple of cards along with re-organizing

some stuff... I still need to do more re-organizing...

but don't want to do it all at once...  cuz 

that's crazy talk right there! LOL

This turned out exactly how I wanted it to! I LOVE it when

that happens! :) I'm using the (Love is in the Air) Digital

Collection by Meredith Cardall - the cardstock is Bazzill, American Crafts, & Stampin' Up - I spritz the card front with the Frost

Sheer Shimmer spray - Added some Clear Wink of Stella on

the hearts, & some of the balloon chevrons - The Stitched Card mat 

die is from MFT.

The 2nd card came about, because I didn't want to waste those

cool trees! So I thought I would re-create my 1st card 

just adding the solid trees - and I gotta say I really like them both! :)

The (Jolly) word die was cut out 6 x's (3 for each card)

 to make it stand out over the vellum.... With the

Sheer frost Spray, my cards really have a nice shimmery

shine in the background -

Balloon make a wish.....

Hello & Happy Monday Everyone!

Is it really a Happy Monday? Not sure yet! LOL

I have some running around to do before

I head off to work - Hoping this week I'll 

get my work groove back, since I took a nice long break... :)

I did however have some fun on the weekend....

Took the Family out to dinner & a little shopping on

Saturday, then on Sunday I spent the day in my kitchen

Making Breakfast (French Toast with Bacon) YUMMY

Then got dinner in the crock pot (Garlic Chicken & Red Potatoes)

Then I decided to make some Almond Joy cookies -

Which turned out AWESOME! - Then thought hummmm

Let's make some Ice Cream - and then I did that! 

Of course the Ice Cream will be for tonight! (Salted Caramel) 

I actually made my own Salted Caramel - It turned out soooo GOOD!

Can't wait til tonight for some of that ice cream! LOL 

After all that fun baking/cooking I realized, I needed

to re-organize my spice cabinet! UGH! I got it done

& it looks good! hahaha -- I even managed to work on a puzzle

as well... I tell ya... I think I like the laid back me - not

in a hurry to get on my computer to do blogging stuff or

Facebook stuff.... I'm going to try & do it more often.... :)

Well.... after ALL that Rambling, I thought I would share

another Birthday card I made for the School Staff --

This was super Quick & Easy to make since I used a 

file in the Silhouette Store (#134645) - The Designer Paper

& Embellishments are from Simple Stories (Let's Party) Paper Collection

I added Dimensional Layers, so the Balloons would pop up

The Cardstock is Stampin' Up, Bazzill, & American Crafts &

I used a Stitched Card Mat Die from My Favorite Things

I wanted this to be a universal type of card, so the Teacher

in charge of giving out the Birthday cards, didn't have to worry if

it was to masculine or feminine to give too someone - :)

I do love the balloons with the assorted papers - Just

feels like a HAPPY Card! :)
