Birthday cards CAS(E)....

Hello & Happy Wednesday Everyone!
I hope your week is going well so far...

Today I've got a couple of birthday cards
I created for some of the teachers at school.
I was totally inspired by my amazing crafty
friend Kendra over at: Luv 2 Scrap N' Make Cards

She makes such wonderful projects and I always feel
happy when I stop by her blog - You should really check out
her awesome projects!

The card that inspired me is LOVE is all we need

-- Here are my CAS(E) cards --

I made a female & masculine version - The female card is more like
her's in the sense that I added glitter the way she did to the word die...

I wanted the Female card to have some sparkle of course -
We all know females like sparkle! LOL
I added 2 shades of blue glitter to blend into the word
I used double sided adhesive to cover the front & back of the cardstock
put it through my big shot to cut out the word Birthday
Then I peeled the front of the word and rubbed the glitters
into the exposed adhesive - once done, I removed the adhesive from
the back of the word & attached it to my card front - The
glitter is rubbed in so well, that none of it has fallen off!
-- Kendra has a wonderful step by step on her blog --

On this one, I wanted to keep it simple since I was
creating it for a male - classic colors work great for that -
I also cut out the word Birthday 3x's to make it "pop" more

-- Supplies used to create these cards --
