Cricut Cardz Challenge!!!!

Happy Wednesday Everyone! I hope you're all having a great day!
Today is a fun Challenge over at http://www.cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/..... We are to make a card for a new baby using any cartridges you’d like, and the colors green, orange, yellow and white ONLY. Which was fairly easy for me to do.... especially since I LOVE making baby cards! I always make 2 for a baby girl, 2 for a baby boy, and 2 neutral for those who like to be surprised! :o) The set always seem to please just about everyone who is looking for handmade baby cards! :o)
Soooo here is my Design Team Card for ya! :o)

Card stock, Designer Paper, Ribbon, Ink (Stampin' Up)
Cartridges - Easter (scallop Circle) Cut @ 2 1/4"
George & Basic Shapes  (Circle) Cut @ 2.625x2.719 in Design Studio
New Arrivals (Duck) cut @ 2 1/2" I used the Shadow Feature
and I cut the Duck out 2x's for the extra layering...
Border Punch - Fiskars Effervescence
White Pearl Pin - Oriental Trading
Yellow Googlie eye - My Stash

Soooo here is the side view... to show the added layers and inking...
Just a side note on the Pearl Pin.... I got it from the plant/flower section on
Oriental Tradings Web site..... I like the idea of adding Pins to my projects,
but I don't like the needle part sticking out and
these work perfectly because they have a clear cover... :o)
So now I got a nice bag of them to add to my cards.... :o)
Now that you have seen my card
and make something for the challenge and I'll stop by to check it out!
Thanks for taking a peek,
let me know what ya think!
Have a great day! :o)

Hey! Thanks for the comment on my CCC baby card.I love the way you used a pin on your's. I've never done anything like that. Cool effect. Have you done any projects with Mini Monsters? If so, please link them (as many or all) on my blog. If you click on the Mini Monsters Cricut binder at the top of my page, it will take you to the post to link them. There are no prizes, I just want to see what everyone has done with this cart. Thanks! :) Janis

This is gorgeous! You did such a great job and the details are awesome! I love the way you handled the pin, I have not used them because like you I was concerned about the sharp point but that is a great tip to get the floral ones! Great job DT team mate!
